Festival is organized by the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation, Polenov State Russian House of folk arts, Ministry of culture of Republic of Dagestan, Regional House of folk arts
in cooperation with CIOFF® Russia and Russian Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO in the aim of promoting solidarity, cultural dialogue and understanding between people all over the world.
