Folklore festival Baltica is the biggest project of traditional culture of Baltic States, which takes place under the aegis of CIOFF® in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia since 1987. Festival preserves of local cultural traditions and introduces folk dance, folk music, customs, handicraft and other fields of intangible heritage in their historical forms.
