I International Folklore Festival of Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil, from , from July 7th to 14th, 2024.In the southernmost Brazilian state, Rio Grande do Sul, the City of Porto Alegre and CIOFF organize a festival, in order to disseminate cultures around the world, hoping to promote peace among the people.
The festival involves students and the whole community. The main activities are:
• During the morning and afternoon, the stage performances are for students, in order to contribute with the teachers work of teaching many aspects of the country and the region of the participating groups, improving cultural exchange;
• During the evening, the stage performances are for the community in general;
• There will also be workshops, street parades, a folk religious mass and performances in supermarkets, malls, etc.
