Karmiel Dance Festival is the largest dance festival in Israel. It is a Folklore Festival for amateur and professional dance combined with authentic singing and music. Among the events there are extended open dance sessions for three days and three nights, an open food fair, street events, special original productions and competitions. The Festival is a great platform for artistic creation. It is a bridge for intercultural connections between Folkdance Groups from Israel and Folkdance Groups from a variety of countries around the World, sharing the heritage of their Cultures embedded in sound, scent, color and movement.
