Folklore group KUD Grifon Šempeter

The group has been dancing since 1962. In our long history we have visited most of the Europe and even a bit of Asia. Our repertoire consists of dances from all over Slovenia (they are quite different depending on the region). Just imagine our wardrobe as each region has its own unique dress. We always dance with live music (accordion, clarinet, violin and bas) and sometimes even sing. Every year we organise international folklore festival 'Od Celja do Žalca' in collaboration with with folklore group from Celje.
