This organization is non-political, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution with the aim of realizing the nation's ideals, especially in the field of developing, improving and maintaining Indonesian regional arts as an absolute part of the national cultural arts treasury, including:
Forming whole people who can appreciate and respect Indonesian regional arts among fellow members and the surrounding community.
Maintaining the existence of regional arts so that they are maintained on the basis of their authenticity.
Maintaining and cultivating regional arts heritage as part of Indonesian Arts and Culture.
In order to realize this, this organization strives to establish and foster good and harmonious relations with every element of society and assist the Indonesian Government in its efforts to develop, foster and improve regional arts and culture, as well as Indonesian arts in general.
