International Folklore Festival in Mediterranean
The International Folklore Festival of the Mediterranean, declared a Regional Tourist Interest, is one of the longest-running festivals held not only in the Region of Murcia but also throughout Spain. It has been held annually in mid-July since 1968, with the participation of groups from Murcia, other parts of Spain, and other countries. In addition to music and dance, the festival includes a Folklore and Ethnography Seminar and exhibitions on the same theme.
