International Children's Folklore Festival "Dandelion Flower" KUD "Franc Ilec" Loka - Rošnja, Municipality Starše and ZKD Maribor have been organizing the International Children's and Youth Folk Festival "Dandelion Flower" for twenty years, which takes place every year on the annual stage in the village center or in the primary school hall in Starše in May or June .
