International Folklore Festival "Srem Folk Fest"
"Srem Folk Fest" is an international folk dance festival held every year between 11 and 15 August in Sremska Mitrovica (Serbia)
under the auspices of the city. The founder and organizer of the festival is the "SirmiumArt" Cultural Center.The goal of the festival is
to foster and promote folk songs, dances, music and costumes of all peoples of the world. The festival allows visiting folklore
ensembles to get acquainted with the local culture and traditions of the host city and its surroundings, as well as with Serbian traditions in general.
