Today, FESTARTE holds the brand of excellence that its founder instilled in it, continuing to make Matosinhos a center where the ethnographic, gastronomic and cultural traditions of human communities from different continents will converge.
Paraphrasing our dear Dr. Carlos Morais, the event "will allow Matosinhos to take Matosinhos to all corners of the world and, at the same time, make known to the population of the municipality the difference and exoticism of other cultures."
