The Ittiri Folk Festa is one of the most well-known and long-standing folkloric events in Sardinia, organized by the Ittiri Cannedu Association. In 2026, it reaches its 41st edition. It offers a successful and well-established format that highlights every form of local and international folk expression. The core of the event is dedicated to international dance and music, but it also features a rich and diverse program that showcases all aspects of Sardinian folk culture, along with a wide range of cultural side events aimed at promoting every element of traditional heritage. Guest groups are in constant contact with one another and with the organizers: numerous moments of sharing are arranged to celebrate and enjoy the festival together.
