"Milk and Honey" Festival is produced every year by the Izrael Valley Regional Council around Shavuot holiday. A part of this festival is this special Machol Izraeli Festival. At the weekend in midst spring, Israeli folkdance groups gathered to celebrate our harvest feast with dance and music. It begins on Friday with a stage performance in the concert hall at Kibbutz Yifat, continues with dancing and celebrating all night at Nahalal Sports Hall, and ends at a closing performance at Nahalal Sports Hall. The Alon Izrael Dance Troupe produces the festival and hosts the folkdance groups. Yuval Tabashi is the artistic director of the festival.
