The “Rokdim Aviv BeRehovot” Festival began in 2013 and has since become a beloved city tradition. The festival takes place each year during the intermediate days of Passover. It spreads over two evenings: an opening night and a closing night. Each performance is held on a huge open stage in the city of Rehovot. In between there are dancing sessions of Israeli dances in open public spaces all through the afternoon and night.The main performances are dedicated to Israeli folkloric culture, combining Israeli dance and folk dance, alongside tributes and stories honoring the most prominent and influential artists of the Israeli soundtrack throughout the years.
