Cristian Jaque

Cristian Jaque is a Chilean agronomist and cultural manager who has been actively involved in CIOFF® since 2015. With a Diploma in Cultural Heritage from Universidad Alberto Hurtado, he has dedicated his work to promoting Chilean traditional culture and strengthening connections between communities through folklore.

He played a key role in organizing the 49th and 54th CIOFF® World Congresses (Chile, 2019 and 2025) and the Latin American and Caribbean Sector Meeting in 2018. As Secretary General of CIOFF®, he continues to encourage cultural exchange and appreciation of heritage worldwide.
