The festival held in Malacca for the first time in 2019. The performance was along the Melacca River. It is a collaboration event with CIOFF Malaysia, Melaka Heritage Institute and the Malacca state agencies. The festival consists of folk dance performance, dance and music workshop, traditional food and games demonstration, and handicraft fair.
