Croatians children folklore festival began in 2003, with a very modest number of participants, but every year the number of participants grew, and especially the quality of the presentation of traditional folk material adapted to children’s age. The festival has greatly helped the development of children’s folklore in Croatia and has helped many children’s groups and their leaders to follow the right path. The concept of the festival is that the program takes place in the spirit of competition in two categories of the competition.
