Hwasun Dolmen Arts Festival & Seminar with Spring Flowers
Hwasun dolmen site was designated the world heritage of UNESCO in December 2000 with Gochang·Ganghwa Dolmen Sites, and it means that it was authorized as an excellent cultural heritage with the worth to be protected for the whole mankind.
To promote the city of heritage, the first international folklore festival will be held.
